Arctic Circle Group is the parent company behind a hospitality and real estate group in Northern Norway. Arctic Circle group builds destinations and the experiences around them - owning the whole value chain with one ambition: to become the natural choice for quality above the Arctic Circle.
Arctic Circle Properties develops and structures property projects in selected northern locations. The focus is on places with strong natural qualities, long-term value and clear hospitality potential. From individual properties to larger destination projects connected to the Arctic Circle platform.
Arctic Circle Hospitality handles the operational side of the portfolio. This includes guest experience, service standards, systems, staffing and daily operations across selected stays. Its role is to make sure the Arctic Circle standard is delivered consistently, not only in how places look, but in how they are run.
Arctic Circle Technologies builds and runs the systems behind the operation for booking, guest management, marketing, pricing and security. We build our technology for where arctic hospitality is heading.
Arctic Circle Equity works with capital, ownership structures and strategic partnerships connected to the growth of Arctic Circle. It supports selected investment opportunities in the north.A standalone entity with its own management and operations, but closely tied to us — a future financial engine for Arctic Circle Group.

A proven premium stay in Lofoten, built around comfort, privacy and direct access to the elements. Lyngvær Lodges shows how Arctic Circle can turn strong northern locations into high-quality stays with year-round appeal.
Fjordhotell, Alta
A fjord-facing hotel in Alta, owned and operated by us, with its own restaurant and one of the largest saunas in Northern Norway. Already in operation and run with a focus on quality, it also carries clear development potential. A project we plan to grow in the years ahead, giving Alta a new premium place to stay.

We come from different backgrounds and bring different strengths; property, development, sales, brand building, construction and finance. Vebjørn and Oliver hail from different parts of Norway, but they now form a strong team based in Lofoten. Their diverse backgrounds and experience in hospitality, real estate, development and marketing are united a love for Lofoten and a commitment to sustainable tourism, we choose to focus on on quality over quantity.
